CryptoM - 2 cryptorouter is intended for integration of company local networks into secure multiservice corporate network (VPN) over insecure networks and communication links. Cryptorouter is installed between secure (internal) company network and public service networks and provides security (including encryption) of information transferred over public networks (for example Internet).

Cryptorouter is designed for mounting into 19’’ rack — two jointly mounted blocks of 2U height altogether.

MAIN ADVANTAGES:

• Security — router has a large set of security features providing the highest level of information security. These features provide protection of corporate users and the device itself from external attacks and users from different network segments from each other. All the information is transferred via non-secure channels in encrypted way. Built-in firewall allows IP packets filtering on any significant attributes and control users access to network resources. NAT (network address translation mechanisms) allow hiding network structure and certain hosts from intruders. Logs with detalization level setting (from minimum one up to the most detailed) allow discovering intrusion attempts and investigating violations taking place.
• Quality of Service Support (Diffserv)  — the device has a wide range of QoS and priority management features suitable for various traffic types. This allows load balancing between links and also provides high quality of VoIP, IP TV, video and other real-time and data services.
• Remote management — configuring the device operation is fulfilled remotely with special management application. This appplication includes comprehensive help system and online documentation, thus making maintenance considerably easier.
• Low energy consumption and absence of cooling fans in construction — to increase reliability cryptorouters have no cooling fans (and other mechanically moving parts). The device is dust-proof due to the absence of the ventilation holes. The device energy consumption is very low what allows to prevent overheating and also to reduce operational costs.
• Hot standby possibility — our cryptorouters are very reliable devices, nevertheless in mission-critical applications they can be used in hot stand-by mode. When one device fails its functions are taken by a stand-by cryptorouter without significant breaks in service.
