KAMERGER Accounting System

KAMERGER Accounting System is an information system for acquisition and processing of data concerning availability, follow-up, quality, quantity and technical state of hardware in a geographically distributed company (corporation) with common IT service in the head office which takes stock, maintenance, repair and upgrade of hardware forming material and technical basis of the company.

KAMERGER SYSTEM IS INTENDED FOR ORGANIZING THE PROCESSES OF:

  • stock-taking of availability, follow-up, state and maintenance of hardware in subordinate remote regional offices, subsidiaries and branches of the corporation (subordinate bodies);
  • distributed acquisition and processing of data concerning the state of hardware maintained in the subordinate bodies;
  • planning the provision and supplying the subordinate bodies with hardware and expendables;
  • planning the repair of hardware;
  • centralized maintenance of hardware and expendables register, official classifiers and directories.

Kamerger system is meant to be used in large distributed structures with significant hierarchy depth which maintain lots of hardware of all kinds.

Kamerger system provides enhancing the adequacy of acquired data concerning availability and state of hardware, efficiency of the processes of planning the provision of subordinate bodies (maintaining companies) with hardware, repair and provision of maintenance of hardware.

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES OF KAMERGER SYSTEM IN THE HEAD OFFICE:

  • automated acquisition and processing of formalized reports from subordinate bodies;
  • automated maintenance of hardware and expendables register, official classifiers and directories, transfer of changes to subordinate bodies;
  • automated processing of applications for hardware repair, planning of repair;
  • forecasting of hardware outflow (resource working out, outage);
  • automated stock-taking of hardware availability at warehouses;
  • planning the supply of subordinate bodies with hardware and expendables, preparation of order documents.

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES OF KAMERGER SYSTEM IN THE SUBORDINATE OFFICE:

  • automated maintenance of hardware stock-taking list;
  • automated maintenance of hardware maintenance list;
  • preparation of formalized reports concerning availability and technical state of hardware;
  • preparation of applications for repair of hardware and supply of expendables.
